Job Summary: The primary role of the Executive Administrative Assistant is to manage schedules and communications and provide administrative support and expertise to the CEO and CTO.

  • Proficient with Google Suite.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic administrative and project management support for the executive team.
  • Processing and managing emails and calendars.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes and assigning follow-up tasks.
  • Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses.
  • Processing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintaining and running financial reports.
  • Conducting research and information gathering as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
